Natural Flavored Water


Healthy body, glowing skin, shiny hair, all have one thing in common. WATER. Tasteless yet so amazing, tasty and fulfilling sometimes. Having eight to ten glasses of water per day had definitely benefited me. I have seen a lot of difference in my overall health and skin texture. Plain water, lemon water, ice tea etc are some forms in which I have my daily water intake. Fresh fruit infused water is one of my favorite and so easy to make too. Being healthy, fast and easy it fits the bill.


I used fresh fruits instead of frozen ones as I strongly feel no matter how good frozen thing is, it cant beat the fresh ones. The beauty of this drink is that one can use any fruit for this recipe with no limitation. I used strawberry, blueberries, cherries & honey, all of them choke full of antioxidants and together with water makes a great drink.   


Ingredients:
Any fresh fruit. I used strawberry, cherries, blueberries.
Honey - one drop per ice cube.
Water
Ice tray


Method:
If needed, cut bigger fruits in size that can in fit ice tray.
Place one fruit piece in each cube of ice tray.
Add one drop of honey in each cube of ice tray.
Fill each cube with water and refrigerate till ice cube is set.

Drop one or two ice cubes per glass of water when ready to drink. See I told ya its so easy.
